Lunch : 

A cup of cottage cheese, or tuna in spring water, with 8 saltine crackers.
Choose a low fat cottage cheese like Breakstone's cottage cheese 

Dinner :

A pair of franks with a cup of cabbage and 1/2 cup of carrots. For Dessert 1/2 banana along with 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream. Don’t forget to drink water throughout the day.

Breakfast :

Five saltine crackers, an oz of cheese, and an apple with a cup of black coffee or tea without sugar or milk (or with a sugar substitute).

Dinner :
